What we collect and why
We only collect information you give us directly, or that is generated automatically when you visit the site.
- Contact information — if you fill out a contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message. We use this to respond to your inquiry.
- Booking information — if you schedule a discovery call through Calendly, Calendly collects your name, email, and availability. We use this to hold and confirm your call.
- Analytics data — we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site (pages visited, time on page, general location by country). This data is aggregated and anonymous.
- Usage data — your browser and device type, the pages you visit, and how you arrived at the site. This is collected automatically by our hosting provider (Netlify).
Third-party services that touch your data
Running this site requires a few outside services. Here is who they are and what they see:

Cookies
This site uses cookies for two purposes: analytics (Google Analytics 4) and remembering your cookie preference. We do not use advertising cookies or sell your data to any third party. You can decline cookies using the banner when you first visit — if you do, analytics cookies will not be set.
How long we keep your information
Contact form submissions are kept as long as they are relevant to an active business relationship. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' default retention settings. You can request deletion at any time (see below).
Your rights
You have the right to ask us what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it. To do any of these, email lorenza@themintedteam.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
